More Jam

This week I made two kinds of jam with my shipment of fruit below from CA.
Peach above and nectarine below.
 Added lemon to the nectarine.

24 nectarines and 24 peaches some of the best I've ever had.
My shoes arrived on Friday from Modcloth. These happen to be purple suede for my Nancy Drew purple suit.
Kalen always wants to get in the chair with Bob.
As you can see our weather here is not very much like summer and it just keeps going on.

Your pictures are so pretty! It's so cool you are making and canning jam, most people don't know how to do this anymore. I canned strawberry jam this week. Love the shoes!

Nice photos Nan! I like the different effects and frames too. By the way we finished your jam (your present when we visited with you and Bob) and it was delicious! I've never made jam. It's hot, hot here in NJ (we're near Arlantic City) - had to put the A/C on in the van. The refrigerator is working hard. Love your new shoes.

Nan, those shoes are amazing!! I love them.

Okay, so I would love to see your jam recipe. Did you make it paleo/primal? If so, what the heck do you put it on? I miss bread for this reason :(

YUM! That jam sure does look good.
The shoes very cute and stylish, are they comfortable?
The weather, I wouldn't call it summer that is for sure.

Always so fun to read your blog and see what you are up to! You remind me that I am so behind on canning. Yikes. As for your weather — it's nearly 100 here in DC and oh-so-humid. The idea of needing a jacket sounds lovely to me! XOX to your darling boys. They truly are stunning!

Oh! Those shoes are divine! Love them! And your jam looks mighty good too! I could definitely take those temps as we are in the 90's and it's too hot to do anything outside!
