Craft Room Completed

That's it friends the craft room cabinets finally finished thanks to Lance who made them and Bob who put the finish on them and installed them. The doll houses can be taken down and put on my long counter when a little girl comes by to play with them. We tacked up oil cloth on the open wall which can be changed out when I get tired of it.
I'm on a bit of a sewing break or in slow motion really making this velvet dress whenever the mood strikes me.
I have two other blouses out there I really need to step it up and make. The brief sunshine distracts me, the garden calls my name.

How fun to have your craft room done. I love the addition of the oil cloth! And love that you can change it whenever you want.

Hip hip hooray, it's done! Now I can come and play!

I'm so happy for you Nan! Guess what? While I've been detoxing I also went on a no sugar diet and I'm already down 23 lbs! Of course some of that is attributed to the detox, too.

I'm so happy you've finally got your craftroom!

Big Hugs,
Meri

Nan...It looks amazing. I cannot believe how much the cabinets add. Love your oilcloth. Just think of all the things you could store and create in there...smiles...Renee

Looks great Nan--bet you are glad to finally have it all finished. Just think, you could change that oil cloth for all the different holidays just by using different holiday fabric too instead of oil cloth--what a neat idea to be able to change it whenever you want too.

That looks like a fun room, I know you will enjoy it. I love doll houses. Do you have the midnight sum up there now? I miss the light Swedish nights. It's hot here, so I'm not getting much done either.

Love you new crafting space! But I know what you mean by the call of the outdoors... However, it's indoors for me right now... 100 degrees today!!!

Hooray! Imagine all the crafting and sewing that will be done in your new room.
For now, you should play outdoors while you can.
