Finished Retro Dress

I finished the dress Wednesday and the pattern for that is in the below post. I used a 1970's pattern and fabric from that same era. Bob took these shots of me this morning.
 Bakelite navy buckle from Etsy
Hem had to be gathered to fit the curves.
This is where we were photographing our icy driveway.

That is a lovely dress, and I like the accents of yellow. The icy driveway looks difficult to traverse.

I just love it that you live in Alaska and wear these pretty dresses that look like they're from New York City in the 1970s. I had to scramble for the wedding and found that blouse I bought at Chico's years ago and never wore. I was much relieved because all I wear here are my jeans.

Dress looks fantastic! I love it!
I like the hat too. Good job!
But Yikes that icy street.
Looks cold and dangerous.
Weren't you cold out there without a coat?

I especially liked the b&w photo Nan - but I have to ask - how big is your closet for all these wonderful clothes you make? LOL
