A Small Give Away for my Followers

Enlarge and take a look at this fabric.
I really love this cute design of paper dolls by Michael Miller, just so you know the adults shown in the fabric are 3" tall. I cannot decide what to do with it however. So here is the deal if you follow my blog. You tell me what you would make with this and I'll split this yard with you, hopefully I'll make what you suggest with the other 1/2 yard and we'll compare projects. I will pick the idea I like the best and send you this and a few other selections from my stash of your favorite colors. Some of my stash shown below.

Oh Nan, I LOVE It! It's paper dolls!! Do we have to cut it up? Isn't some fabric just for ooohing and aaahing over? OK, ok, those are the rules. I think I would use it as the contrasting cuff on a pillow case. I have made lots of them from fun fabrics for my kids, nieces, nephews, etc...

Nan, this is easy for me, totally see this as a fun purse lining! If you check out my blog, I make lining/pockets for all my items I carry! It would make me smile every time I had to pay for my groceries or powder my nose!

Hi Nan,
I think the fabric would make a cute apron! I have some old vintage apron patterns too.

I would love to make a pillow and a little quilt for one of my doll beds waiting to be refinished for one of my little granddaughters.

OMG I have stash-envy! I love the fabric, when I was a little girl, my Mum would buy me a "tab doll" set, which hadpress-out clothes, to dress the "doll". This fabric brings back lovely shildhood memories of going on the bus to the underground market at Harrow, where I would get this treat. This fabric would have to be something for my Mum, probably a panel on old fashioned pinny!

I'm sorry, but I just wouldn't be able to cut it up for a long time. I'd have to stare at it for a few years and just enjoy the look of it, so if you can bend a little bit in your rules......count me in! If not, I understand......you're being extremely generous........thank you.

Hugs,
Meri

Oh brother, I'd love to have SOMEone make me a cute bag, but all I know how to make are pillow cases, so that's what I'd have to use it on!

Such cute fabric! I would make a little blanket for the grandaughter I know I will have someday! I have two rough and tough little grandsons, but I know there has to be a girl in our future!
