No Super Bowl Here

Our lunch after church today. I grilled King salmon Bob went fishing with Pastor Rick yesterday.
Pan with the flying ears this afternoon on our snowshoeing hike. Kalen below watching Bob. Since we don't have a TV there is no afternoon watching the Super Bowl plus if we did Bob has no interest in football, never has. We all have our different interests don't we.

I've watched it once: a bunch of the English department faculty got together to watch it. We sat around reading, with the TV on "mute" until the commercials came on, at which point we all watched. Now, with the Internet, there's no need to even do that. :)

were not football fans here, but it was on part of the time, just so we had an idea of what was going on.. so many people around here are diehard fans!
have a great week

I have to tell you, when I was in my 20's I sold my tv and loved it.
If I had my way, I would have no tv and just have my music....never was much of a tv watcher anyways.
I can't sit still that long...LOL

I went many years without a television, and rarely allowed tv while my kids were growing up. Now that I'm alone, I find myself turning it on for "company," which is a clear sign to me that I need to give my life a makeover! But I know for sure that given the choice between television and fishing, I'd go fishing!

Such sweet pups! Your meal looks yummy. I LOVE your new blog banner. It reminds me of the days at my Grammy's. She had a laundry basket just as hers!
