Sunday Lunch after Church

We're still in the sunny weather pattern, very dry here and a cold 1 degrees in Homer at 2 PM it's up to 9 degrees. Came home from church looked around for something to make and came up with this tuna, lettuce, cottage cheese, carrot, and peach salad. See how easy it is to eat Primal you don't need all those carbs and you feel so much better without them. The inflammation in my knee has gone now.

Looks fantastic. Best if eaten by the fire! With a toasty pup or two at your feet!
