Fishing for Kings

 Bob, Pastor Rick, & Monty were fishing yesterday in the bay. For those of you who don't know 'the bay' is ocean water and connected to the Cook Inlet which goes out into the Gulf of Alaska where all the weather is formed. If you enlarge the shot below Bob took on Monday that's a row of volcanoes in the Cook Inlet just across from Homer. Within 1.5 hrs the guys hit the King Salmon and caught 2 each and quit as that is the limit.

Barry is so envious - he loves to fish the Atlantic but can only do that in the summertime!

We had smoked salmon recently and it was delish!
